JASON NIELSEN is an award winning filmmaker whose short films have screened at festivals around the world. His genre-spanning work combines heightened visual realism with emotional themes into reflections on the self.

Jason is also an accomplished writer and picture editor for broadcast documentaries
about culture, nature, and science.
Jason's work is in the collections of the National Gallery of Canada, The National Library and Archives of Canada and The Douglas Archer Library at the University of Regina. Jason studied film production at The University of Regina and photography at Langara College in Vancouver.
